About KCL
Kosciusko Career Link was developed to assist in the education of the
future workforce of the community. It is a searchable online tool designed
to educate and link students and adults on Kosciusko County career choices
and to entice local talent to remain within the community.
Kosciusko Career Link
Kosciusko Career Link (KCL) was born out of a White Paper Project from a group of students of the Kosciusko Leadership Academy (KLA) (link to www.klaconnect.com) in Kosciusko County, Indiana. Students of KLA form teams and research relevant community issues and needs and propose workable solutions to the community. KCL was crowned the 2005 Project Proud winner and was awarded money to put their idea into action for the community.
During a community Education summit there was a perceived lack of connection
between students and future career choices. KCL was developed
to assist in the education of the future workforce of the community.
